Abbreviated Project List
From our project list, you can quickly conclude that we are capable and experienced in reviewing numerous building types.
The following types of projects have been reviewed or partially reviewed by the Nigro Firm review team:
Hospitals and Medical Facilities
Hospitals and medical buildings benefit greatly from cross discipline construction reviews due to their complex interactions between disciplines. In 2007, we performed reviews on the Methodist Stone Oak Hospital and in 2006, the west tower expansion of the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

Condos and Apartment Buildings
Large housing structures with multiple floors require elaborate plumbing, electrical and HVAC relationships. You can reduce build time and change orders with a comprehensive review. In 2006, we reviewed the construction documents for Cape Haze vacation rentals in Florida. And in 2007, buildings for the Irvine Apartment Communities and Vail Properties were reviewed.
Justice, Military and Government Buildings
The Nigro Firm has reviewed numerous government and military buildings; in fact, some agencies actually require a review, since in the past they have proved to be beneficial and cost effective. In 2006, the Nigro Firm reviewed construction documents for the LAPD Police headquarters building and the Oklahoma Forensics Center project.
K-12 Schools

Coordination reviews, if applied to their fullest extent, can save school districts tons of money by reducing change orders and decreasing labor hours. In 2007, the Nigro Firm performed review work on Snohomish High School in Seattle and in the addition and modernization of Jacob E. Manch Elementary School in Las Vegas.
University Buildings
The Nigro Firm has participated in numerous quality reviews on university and university related structures. In 2007, the Nigro Firm reviewed construction documents for a building on the Barnard College campus. In 2006, projects for the University of Texas and the University of Maryland were reviewed. And we haven't been shy about doing work in our home state of Utah: Utah State University and Southern Utah University.
Transportation Centers and Parking Structures
We have reviewed construction documents for parking structures for Utah State University and a rental car facility for the FLL International Airport.
Museums, Art Centers and Theatres
These types of buildings are usually quite unique with complicated building instructions, so they are perfect projects for review. The Nigro Firm has reviewed construction documents for the Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art and the Peabody Essex Museum projects.
Stadiums and Sports Arenas
Stadium and sports arenas are huge, complicated projects with an almost unlimited potential for error. Cross discipline reviews can help pin point specific problem areas as well as highlight large inconsistencies, errors and omissions.
Hotels and Resorts

Large hotels and five star resorts demand perfection. In the last few years, we have reviewed construction documents for the Ritz Carlton Residences, Phase II, Bldg D of the Stowe Mountain Lodge, the Crystal Peak Lodge and some high exposure projects in Dubai.
Industrial Buildings, Supply Centers and Warehouses
Large buildings used for manufacturing, shipping or other industrial use require a large investment; however, build costs can be decreased with the use of a review. We performed reviews for the Hershey Supply Center structure as well as the Plant/Supply Services Relocation project in the Virginia Beach School District.
Airport Terminals
Constructing an airport or airport addition can be extremely stressful if the construction documents are full of inconsistencies and errors. The Nigro Firm has participated in the review process for phases of the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the SEA-TAC International Airport and the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
Office Buildings
Large, multi floored office buildings can go up faster if the construction documents are as accurate as possible. We have performed quality review services for the GSA Mary E. Switzer Office Bldg and many university related office buildings.
Churches
Large churches and religious buildings can greatly reduce build costs with the application of a comprehensive review; the Nigro Firm has participated in reviews for the Springville LDS Church and the Silver Creek LDS Church.

Disclaimer
Note that a project's inclusion in this list does not imply that the building owners directly contracted with the Nigro Firm, Inc. to perform review services. They are placed here to show the variety of building types that we have been involved in reviewing, as either the "prime" consultant or as a "sub" consultant.
