For nearly 17 years, the Nigro Firm, Inc. has participated in reviewing over 200 construction projects, with an estimated construction cost in excess of $10 billion.
We review new commercial and government construction and remodel projects, as well as extensions to existing buildings.
Though we have worked on projects with construction budgets in excess of a billion dollars, most of them have fallen in the $5 to $30 million dollar range. However, keep in mind that projects of all sizes can benefit from a coordination review.
