Marlborough School
Marlborough School is a prestigious girls school located in Los Angeles California. The current work includes a new Library/Technology and Visual Arts Center and Parking and Storage Space (86,375 sq ft). Renovation work includes The Mudd Computer Center, Plaza areas and Mitchell Hall (18,446 sq ft).
Solaris
The Solaris redevelopment project is a 170 million dollar project to be located in Vail Colorado. It will include residential condominiums, retail shops, restaurants, movie theatres, a bowling alley and a public plaza.
One Ski Hill Place
These 90 RockResorts luxury homes are to be located in Breckenridge Colorado and feature ski-in and ski-out convenience. One Ski Hill Place will include studios as well as four bedroom homes and follows the Green Globe guidelines.
The Park at Spectrum
The Park at Spectum is part of The Irvine Company Apartment Communities and will be located in Irvine California. We were contracted to look at Building A, which includes Bryant and Logan. It is a residential community that will include a park, pools, spas, clubrooms, a movie theatre and fitness centers. It is expected to be open in the winter of 2009.
