Trippin' Stairs

We found several inconsistencies in this drawing:

• Stair riser heights do not match distance between floors
• Distance between basement and main floor is 10 feet, however the sum of risers as listed by the "8 risers" note is 9 feet, 5.5 inches; and if the 9 risers are used instead (the number that are actually drawn), then the sum of the risers is 9 feet 11.5 inches
• The drawn number of risers does not match the listed number
  
• The "alternate ceiling type" to be used in the stairwell is not identified, but instead we are told to "see reflected ceiling plans." However, the reflected ceiling plans do not show this alternate ceiling material

Note: AVW is an abbreviation for “At Variance With” and CNL stands for “Could Not Locate.”
