Natalie Nigro
The Nigro Firm’s team of skilled, meticulous reviewers is headed by Natalie Nigro, the president of the Nigro Firm, Inc. Natalie has seventeen years of experience in construction document quality assurance and can usually be found up to her elbows in drawings discussing a particularly unique error discovered by one of her team members.
Natalie received her training to perform RediCheck reviews by her father William T. Nigro, the originator of the RediCheck system, after receiving her electrical engineering degree from the University of Utah.
After many years as a RediCheck license holder, recent events prompted Natalie to leave the RediCheck Associates. Since then, she has led her team into developing new products and services that are designed to facilitate fast, accurate coordination reviews that perfectly fit every client’s unique needs.
Her leadership agenda Includes keeping everyone on the Nigro Firm team happy and well trained, so they can be productive, consistent and valuable team members. If that means keeping the office kitchen stocked with M&M’s and answering questions after five, she thinks that is a small price to pay for happy, motivated reviewers that keep hitting their deadlines.
Natalie is the “face” of the company and, although very busy, she strives to be accessable, friendly and approachable. In fact, to be there for her customers, 99% of the time she'll be the one to answer the phone. See our blog article, “Who answers the phones at the Nigro Firm.”
When asked about the qualities of her team she says,
“We are happy, good-natured, and lively people that are curious about every aspect of construction documents. We are sociable and enjoy each other and the folks that use our services. We are brave enough to take on the task of proofreading construction documents and intelligent enough to know that mistakes are a part of life. We are a group of people that work together to help make the construction process a pleasant experience. We stay on target looking for errors between drawings and specs until we can track them down. We are diligent and work very hard to help point out anything which will make the construction documents and specifications confusing or unclear.”
