As of December 2007, the Nigro Firm review team has given over 200 projects, with a combined total of over $10 billion in construction costs, the opportunity to save more than $500 million (at 5%), to reduce countless labor hours and certainly lowered the stress level of everyone involved.
Our president, Natalie Nigro, has been doing construction document coordination reviews for nearly two decades and she and her review team have never missed a deadline. We have thoroughly reviewed numerous high-profile projects. Our team is dedicated, ambitious, and tenacious... not hesitating to review billion dollar plus projects such as huge resort buildings in Dubai and famous sports arenas.
Even though we are kind of a “behind the scenes” preconstruction service and not as well known as some other types of services, we have learned that our services can prove paramount in helping bring together a good set of construction drawings that are easy to build from, easy to bid from, and a great tool to help control cost overruns.
