The review was both more helpful and more thorough than other reviews I’ve had. Some reviews revisit concepts or ideas that have usually already been considered and focus on things that have a limited ability to improve the project. I thought that the focus on really checking for coordination and accuracy was a more valuable service. The comments were clear, legible and tying the comments to each other was very effective. There were some comments that were harder to follow but I really can’t think of a way to improve them- linking inconsistencies in a drawing set and spec is not an easy task. I don’t really have anything to suggest for improvements in the quality of work.

I think the review would have been even more helpful if we were just a little further along- there were quite a few areas that the comments were that details were incomplete in places we were still working on. In this case, we had a schedule that we couldn’t move back at all and that was something that couldn’t be helped. Ideally, I would have liked to be a true 95% as opposed to a barely 90%- I think that wouldn’t have taken as much time with incomplete items and allowed more focus on a higher level of coordination.

Overall I was impressed with the detailed review of the document set. Thank you for your efforts and I hope to work with your firm in the future.
