Example Error Discovered During a Coordination Review
We are able to find potentially expensive errors and common errors, such as indicated in this drawing:
If the contractor installed the concrete slab floor according to the original drawings they would be missing the depression for the required tile. This would require demolition and re-pouring of a depressed slab or have a raised floor in certain rooms. Even little problems like this can easily escalate into a stressful, costly situation, especially in a large project where the little errors and the big ones add up fast.
